• Location Data: We collect your precise location when you clock in or out, and continuously in the background when you enable automatic clock-in. This helps verify you're at your assigned job site and enables automatic time tracking.
• Photos: You may upload photos for your profile or incident reports. These are stored securely and shared only with your employer.
• Contact Information: Your name, email, phone number, and employee details provided by your employer.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including schedules accessed, messages sent, and features used.

Background Location Use

When you enable "Automatic Clock-In" in Settings, Global Security Operations Command LLC will monitor your location even when the app is closed or not in use. This allows us to:

• Automatically clock you in when you arrive at your scheduled shift location
• Verify you're at the correct job site during your shift
• Notify you when it's time to clock out

You can disable automatic clock-in at any time in Settings. Standard clock-in/out will continue to collect your location only when you manually clock in.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide time tracking and verify your location at job sites
• Deliver security alerts, schedules, and service notifications via push notifications and SMS
• Enable communication with your team and supervisors
• Generate reports for your employer on attendance and site coverage
• Improve our services and develop new features

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with:

• Your Employer: Work schedules, time cards, location at clock-in/out, photos, and messages are shared with your employer as part of the service.
• Service Providers: We use cloud hosting, SMS delivery, and push notification services to operate the platform. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety.

Opting Out & Data Control

• Location: You can disable automatic clock-in in Settings. Standard clock-in requires location access.
• SMS: Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
• Push Notifications: Disable in your device Settings > Notifications.
• Account Deletion: Contact your employer or us at the address below to delete your account and data.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. Location data and photos are transmitted over secure connections and stored with access controls.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by your employer for payroll and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Global Security Operations Command LLC is a workplace tool intended for employees 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
