Can guards submit reports without cell signal?
Yes. The app saves the report locally and uploads it when signal returns. You see a "pending upload" status until it syncs.
Can supervisors edit guard-submitted reports?
You can add notes or attachments, but can't change the guard's original narrative or timestamp. All edits are logged with who made the change and when.
What if a guard forgets to file a report on-site?
Guards can submit reports later, but GPS will show their current location (not the incident site). You'll see the timestamp and can note it was filed after the shift.
Can we customize the incident types or form fields?
Yes. Add your own incident categories and required fields per site or company-wide.
